Paleo Apple crumble, makes me thumble.

I’ve always had the sweetest tooth and when I decided to take up the paleo way I thought I was going to loose all the good stuff. But I quickly realised that there are better desserts, ones that I enjoy more and I don’t get those sugar highs and lows from.

My sister and I experiment with a bunch of different things or we find recipes online that we adapt to paleo friendly ingredients. This is our Apple crumble.

I hope you get a chance to make it and I look forward to hearing what you think or if you have something that would pair well with it. Keep me posted
